Coyne Recruitment supplies skilled tradesmen with the perfect Industry skills to our clients throughout various Energy Sectors, shipyards and engineering construction companies, for both temporary assignments and permanent placements.

We are very much aware of the high quality requirements within Oil & Gas and Energy industries. Our recruitment process includes not only search and selection, but also verification of skills and practical assessment which can also be conducted with Client participation.

Coyne Recruitment provide professional tests for time served tradesmen. We can arrange for our Clients to observe candidates performing specific tasks during assessment or when undergoing certification exams. Overall, we focus mostly, but not exclusively, on recruiting and providing tests for:

• Coded Welders
• CSWIP 3.1 & 3.2 Weld Inspectors
• PCN NDT Inspectors (all disciplines)
• Blaster sprayers and spray painters
• Pipe fitters
• Mechanical fitters
• IRATA Rope Access Inspectors/Welders

Tests include visual inspection of work, destructive and non-destructive tests and certification. Our partner testing facilities meet the necessary qualifications and are fully equipped to train, test and certify tradesmen.

A self-confessed professional development geek who is currently undertaking a psychology degree alongside leading our Recruitment, Assessment, Coaching and Training divisions. Stuart has worked across a multitude of leading organisations within Recruitment, Skills and Employability starting at consultant level up to director level.

Andrew has managed in the care sector and is font of knowledge, as well as understanding and empathising the challenges that face all care professionals Andrew is able to offer solutions and support. Andrew was part of the most successful employer engagement team in the UK and set up process which that success was built on.
With his knowledge of the private healthcare and skills and employability market Andrew has the ability to offer guidance, solutions and knowledge to our candidates and clients on career management, recruitment, resourcing and talent acquisition amongst other things. Alan has 7 years of experience as a coded welder and over 10 years international experience as a multi disciplined NDT Technician and Weld Inspector throughout the Oil & Gas sector. He has worked closely with companies throughout the UK and Europe managing large recruitment drives for on shore and off shore on temporary and contract role solutions. Alan has built a strong network throughout his career who are tried and tested professionals. This keeps Alan close to the changing landscape of recruitment within the sector and able to provide consultative solutions to our clients and candidates. Alan is health fanatic spending his leisure time in the gym and football pitch where he played to a high standard in his youth.
