The Role
As an Account Director, you’ll:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of large enterprise accounts
- Drive new business within existing clients and explore cross-functional opportunities
- Create and present compelling proposals and pitches
- Maintain a strong pipeline and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets
- Work collaboratively with delivery, marketing, and compliance teams
- Develop strategies to become the provider of choice
What You’ll Need
- A strong understanding of apprenticeships, especially within tech/digital
- Experience selling training or apprenticeship solutions to large organisations
- Commercially driven with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- A confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Proactive, energetic, and passionate about learning and development
