Key Responsibilities
-
Develop strong, long-term business relationships via phone, email, Teams, and occasional in-person meetings

Identify new business opportunities and manage a healthy, forecasted sales pipeline
-
Prepare client-focused proposals and quotations tailored to customer needs
-
Provide excellent service to prospects and existing clients throughout the sales process
-
Maintain accurate records and updates on internal CRM and sales systems
-
Build and manage a consistent stream of new leads and prospects
-
Actively participate in team meetings, sharing ideas and best practices
-
Monitor personal performance against weekly and monthly sales targets
-
Support the Team Leader with wider sales initiatives, mentor junior team members, and contribute to product or service development
Candidate Requirements
-
Previous experience in sales, business development, or consultative client engagement
-
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
-
Goal-driven and comfortable working to KPIs and revenue targets
-
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a busy workload
-
Confident using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools

A passion for professional learning and client service
