Business Development Executive – Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strong, long-term business relationships via phone, email, Teams, and occasional in-person meetings

  • Identify new business opportunities and manage a healthy, forecasted sales pipeline

  • Prepare client-focused proposals and quotations tailored to customer needs

  • Provide excellent service to prospects and existing clients throughout the sales process

  • Maintain accurate records and updates on internal CRM and sales systems

  • Build and manage a consistent stream of new leads and prospects

  • Actively participate in team meetings, sharing ideas and best practices

  • Monitor personal performance against weekly and monthly sales targets

  • Support the Team Leader with wider sales initiatives, mentor junior team members, and contribute to product or service development


Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or consultative client engagement

  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal

  • Goal-driven and comfortable working to KPIs and revenue targets

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a busy workload

  • Confident using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools

  • A passion for professional learning and client service
