Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and secure new apprenticeship opportunities within the professional services, care and trade sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employers to understand their workforce development needs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, networking, and account management.
- Provide expert advice on apprenticeship programs and funding opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of training programs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within apprenticeships or similar sectors.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Passionate about supporting businesses to develop their workforce through apprenticeships.
