Business Development Manager – Digital & Professional Services Apprenticeships

Remote (Midlands-based preferred for occasional office visits)
£35,000 – £40,000 DOE + Additional Earning Potential

The Role

As a BDM, you will be responsible for selling apprenticeships in the Digital sector and Professional Services, working closely with employers to provide tailored training solutions that meet their workforce needs.

• Engage and consult with employers to understand their talent development strategies
• Develop and execute a sales plan to secure new apprenticeship business
• Build strong relationships with SMEs and levy-paying organisations
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless apprenticeship delivery
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, unlocking excellent earning potential

What We’re Looking For

• Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in apprenticeships, training, or EdTech
• Strong understanding of Digital & Professional Services apprenticeships
• Experience selling into professional services is a plus
• A consultative, solution-based sales approach with a proactive mindset
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Based in the Midlands (or nearby) for occasional office visits
