Key Purpose: As the Business Development and Partnership Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the strategic growth of our client’s organization. You’ll focus on generating new business across FE and Training Provider networks while nurturing existing customer relationships and maximizing their educational opportunities with a wide range of products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional levels of customer service, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Achieve business targets by securing new accounts and increasing spend from existing customers.
  • Enhance our product offering to meet the evolving needs of our customers and market trends.
  • Contribute to strategic development and business planning to drive growth and innovation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all aspects of our client’s business operations.
  • Conduct all activities in alignment with our client’s values, behaviors, and regulatory requirements.

Key Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven sales acumen, with the ability to sell consultatively and add value to customer interactions.
  • Confident in contributing to and presenting at internal and external sales meetings.
  • Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in ICT tools and systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting strict deadlines under pressure.
  • Previous experience in the regulated qualifications sector/environment is preferred.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and awareness of sector-specific developments.
