Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships that drive mutual success

Collaborate with partners to align our offerings with their strategic priorities

-
Monitor the performance of partnerships, using data and insights to improve outcomes and grow impact
-
Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and learner management processes within partner networks
-
Gather and analyse data to track the success of apprenticeship delivery and communicate impact clearly and effectively
-
Produce compelling reports and presentations that demonstrate programme outcomes and business value
-
Contribute to the creation of engaging marketing content to support partnership activities
-
Represent the organisation at relevant industry events, forums, and conferences
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in business development, account management, or client success—particularly within the apprenticeship or training sector
-
A natural relationship-builder with the ability to engage stakeholders across a range of industries
-
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights
-
A results-driven professional who brings energy, integrity, and a collaborative mindset to everything they do
-
Solid understanding of compliance and quality assurance processes relevant to apprenticeships
-
A team player who can also take initiative and thrive independently
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confidence in delivering presentations to a variety of audiences
-
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
-
A genuine alignment with our values and a passion for creating opportunities through education and skills development
