Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Reporting directly to the CFO, you will play a key role in overseeing commercial contracting, procurement, and information security functions, aligning them with the organization’s growth objectives.
• Information Security Management: Manage the internal Information Security team and lead efforts towards achieving accreditation of ISO27001, ensuring robust protection of sensitive data and systems.
• Risk Management: Consolidate and oversee the organization’s overall business Risk Register, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to safeguard business interests.
• Procurement Excellence: Take charge of procurement activities, collaborating with numerous suppliers to drive cost savings and optimize efficiencies across the business.
• Contractual Expertise: Serve as the legal lead for renegotiating contracts with the organization’s partners, ensuring compliance and maximizing value for 16-19 funding initiatives.
• Policy Development: Develop and implement robust policies, processes, procedures, and systems to support the organization’s future growth trajectory, fostering a culture of excellence and compliance.
• Training & Education: Provide internal guidance documents and training sessions to educate the business on best practices in procurement and contract management, empowering teams to make informed decisions.
