Coyne Recruitment, working on behalf of their client, a leading Grade 2 apprenticeship provider in the professional services sector, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Delivery Manager. This role supports the Head of Apprenticeship Delivery in ensuring strategic objectives and targets are met, providing leadership, clear direction, and support across the operational management team. The Delivery Manager ensures apprentices receive a high-quality learning experience, meet their development goals, and gain valuable skills for success in their chosen field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance and Financial Management: Achieve performance targets in line with business planning and manage P&L to meet budget goals.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and support a team of Development Coaches, ensuring they reach their targets and excel in their roles.
  • Operational Excellence: Identify and address underperformance, conduct deep dives to test performance, and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Resource Planning: Recruit and allocate resources effectively to maintain a high-performance culture and ensure succession planning.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for operational queries, handle client complaints, and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Data and Compliance: Utilize MI data to track learner progression, ensure adherence to delivery processes, and support quality and compliance expectations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion continuous improvement initiatives, provide regular feedback and performance reviews, and ensure ongoing training and development for the team.
  • Customer Focus: Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients and partners.
