Coyne Recruitment, a leading specialist recruiter in the UK’s skills and employability sector, is seeking qualified Early Years Trainer Assessors on behalf of our esteemed client in Birmingham and surrounding regions.

The Role:

As an Early Years Trainer Assessor, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting learners to achieve their goals through apprenticeships or AEB short courses. Serving as their primary point of contact, you’ll provide tailored support to ensure their success on their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a caseload of 45 learners through face-to-face and remote interactions.
  • Deliver high-quality, award-winning qualifications.
  • Create customized solutions to optimize learner experience and career development.
  • Utilize our cutting-edge e-portfolio system to manage the learner journey effectively.

We welcome applications from both full-time and part-time candidates.

The Package:

  • Trainee (No teaching or assessing qualifications): £25,000
  • Qualified Trainer delivering Level 3: £27,500
  • Qualified Trainer delivering Level 5: £28,500
  • Earn up to £160 bonus for each referred learner!

About You:

  • Essential: Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent.
  • Significant occupational competency in an Early Years setting.
  • Advantageous: Assessing qualification (e.g., TAQA/A1/D32/33, CAVA).
  • Advantageous: Teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS).
  • Experience in managing your own caseload.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT competent with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
