Head of Quality

Are you a passionate Head of  / Quality Manager with a proven track record in the Apprenticeship sector? I’m recruiting for a leading  College provider in London but with a national reach that is rapidly expanding across Apprenticeships. This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of all things related to Quality, Safeguarding, and Staff Development, driving positive growth and high standards within the college around its apprenticeship provision.

The Role:

As the Head of  Quality , you will lead on all quality-related matters, internally and externally, ensuring exceptional standards in customer service and compliance with  ESFA, and Ofsted regulations. You will be instrumental in promoting a “right first-time” approach to quality, contributing directly to the company’s growth and success.

Your key focus will be on:

  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer service excellence across the business.
  • Leading, coaching, and mentoring teams to develop outstanding skills, qualifications, and competencies.
  • Ensuring that all Quality Management Systems and processes meet necessary requirements and are applied effectively.
  • Managing regulatory inspections and audits, including those from, Ofsted & ESFA
  • Leading a high-performing team to exceed  goals while adhering to all relevant regulations and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A dynamic, focused individual with proven leadership experience in Quality Management within the Skills and Apprenticeship sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive quality and customer service improvements.
  • Experience in maintaining robust Quality Assurance systems for internal, external, and customer audits.
  • Strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Full, clean driving licence and access to your own transport (this role may involve occasional travel). One day a week will be on site in North West London.
