Head of Sales & Business Development

As Head of Sales/Business Development, you’ll be at the helm of operational implementation, ensuring every aspect of our clients growth strategy is executed flawlessly. Your mission? To propel them towards our target of 2,300+ apprentices on program by December 2025.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Driving individual and team-wide activities to ensure the right volume and quality, essential for delivering our planned profile of starts generated by our stellar business development team.
  • Ensuring our team members operate in sync with our agreed processes and uphold the core values that define our organization’s ethos.
  • Cultivating strong, consultative relationships with current and prospective partner-employers, fostering growth in apprentice numbers and expanding our network of allies.
  • Nurturing existing relationships with small accounts while strategically expanding our roster of partner-employers.
  • Ensuring our planned apprentice cohorts are filled with talented individuals eager to kickstart their careers.

But that’s not all – as the captain of the business development ship, you’ll lead and inspire their team of business development managers and executives. Your knack for performance management and recruitment will be put to the test as you steer the team towards excellence. With budgetary responsibility for training and operational costs, you’ll wield financial savvy alongside your strategic acumen.

While you’ll certainly have your own business development endeavors, the focus will be on leveraging the collective strength of your team. Team performance will be paramount, and your leadership will guide them towards success.

As a vital member of our senior management team, you’ll collaborate closely with fellow divisional managers, the Managing Director, and other key stakeholders. Your insights and expertise will help shape our collective vision and drive us towards even greater achievements.
