Reporting to the Business Development Director, your role will centre on building and expanding relationships with key NHS and healthcare clients, ensuring our solutions drive measurable value in this vital sector.

Your focus will be on retaining accounts, fostering growth, and maximising client satisfaction by aligning our services to meet the specific needs of healthcare organisations. As a trusted advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping our clients achieve their objectives while strengthening our position as a leading partner in the sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain trust-based partnerships with NHS trusts, Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs), Integrated Care Systems (ICSs), and other healthcare organisations, gaining a deep understanding of their strategic goals and workforce challenges.
  • Identify workforce and skills gaps within healthcare organisations and propose tailored apprenticeship solutions to address these needs effectively.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to expand our footprint within existing healthcare accounts, recommending relevant programmes that align with the unique demands of the NHS and the healthcare sector.
  • Develop and present customised, data-driven proposals to cross-sell and upsell services that deliver tangible benefits.
  • Utilise CRM tools to manage client relationships and provide insights into account development, revenue growth, and pipeline activity.
  • Collect, analyse, and present evidence of the impact our apprenticeship programmes have within healthcare organisations, highlighting their value to workforce transformation and patient care.
  • Create detailed, strategic account plans to identify growth opportunities and engagement strategies for each NHS or healthcare client.
  • Conduct regular review and feedback sessions to monitor client satisfaction and identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling success stories and testimonials that resonate with the healthcare audience.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a dynamic, proactive professional with a passion for supporting the NHS and healthcare organisations, alongside:

  • Proven experience in account management or client success, ideally within the NHS, healthcare, apprenticeships, education, or workforce development sectors.
  • A client-first approach, with the ability to understand and address the unique challenges faced by healthcare organisations.
  • Strong skills in creating and executing strategic account plans, identifying growth opportunities, and capitalising on them.
  • Expertise in gathering and analysing data to demonstrate the value of services and solutions to NHS and healthcare stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset, capable of working across internal teams to deliver seamless and impactful client experiences.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts in a clear and persuasive manner to senior healthcare stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple healthcare accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Adaptability and a solution-oriented approach, thriving in the fast-paced and evolving NHS and healthcare environment.
  • A genuine commitment to our values and the delivery of services that improve healthcare outcomes.
