Key Responsibilities
-
Training & Coaching: Deliver engaging, tailored training sessions in leadership, management, and coaching through remote and face-to-face formats

Assessment & Planning: Assess learner readiness, create individual learning plans, and adapt delivery to suit learner needs

Progress Monitoring: Track learner progress, conduct regular tripartite reviews, and support timely achievement

Employer Collaboration: Work with employers to align training to real workplace needs and support on-the-job learning

End Point Assessment Preparation: Guide learners and employers through the EPA process with clarity and confidence

Functional Skills Support: Support learners with English functional skills (maths experience is desirable but not essential)

Promotion & Advocacy: Champion the value of apprenticeships, with a particular emphasis on developing female leaders and inclusive leadership practices

Safeguarding & Wellbeing: Promote learner welfare and ensure a safe, inclusive learning environment
Skills & Attributes
-
Ability to deliver engaging and inspiring leadership & coaching training sessions

Comfortable communicating with a diverse learner base, including senior professionals

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Self-motivated, well-organised, and able to manage own caseload independently
-
Team-oriented and adaptable to business needs

Passion for leadership development and empowering underrepresented groups in leadership
Knowledge & Experience
-
In-depth knowledge of Leadership & Management and Coaching standards up to Level 5
-
Proven experience delivering professional training, preferably in a coaching or apprenticeship context

Experience in a leadership or management role
-
Strong understanding of inclusive leadership, with experience supporting or mentoring women in leadership roles
-
GCSE Grade C/Level 4 or above in English and Maths (or equivalent)

Teaching qualification preferred (but full training provided if not held)
Desirable Qualifications

Assessor qualification (e.g., TAQA, A1, D32/D33)

Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Leadership, Coaching)
