In this key role, you will support learners in their journey, ensuring they feel motivated, supported, and fully engaged throughout their experience with us. You’ll be responsible for fostering a positive learning environment, helping learners overcome challenges, and maximising their potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong, supportive relationships with learners to understand their individual needs and goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to boost learner engagement, retention, and success.
• Act as the main point of contact for learners, providing guidance on personal development, career aspirations, and progression routes.
• Organise workshops, events, and activities that enrich the learner experience.
• Collaborate with tutors, mentors, and the wider team to identify at-risk learners and offer targeted support.
• Monitor and report on learner progress, engagement levels, and feedback, continuously improving engagement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a learner support or engagement role, preferably in an education, training, or community setting.
• A people-person with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
• Ability to motivate and inspire learners from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards overcoming challenges.
• A team player who can work independently and manage their time effectively.
