Key Responsibilities
As a Learner Experience Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our learners’ journey, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from enrolment to completion. Your responsibilities will include:
- Enrolment Excellence: Ensure learners are fully enrolled on their apprenticeship pathways in line with targets, following a smooth and effective process.
- Lead Inductions: Confidently host and lead learner and employer inductions, issuing all relevant correspondence quickly and efficiently.
- Provide Training: Deliver training on key systems like OneFile, BKSB, and learner management platforms.
- First Point of Contact: Support learners by answering their queries or signposting them, while collaborating with internal teams for a seamless experience.
- Coordinate Schedules: Work with the scheduling team to ensure workshops and functional skills sessions are planned, tracked, and communicated.
- Drive Progress: Track learner retention, provide key administrative support, and flag any learners at risk to keep everyone on track.
- Report & Analyse: Produce learner reports and statistics, sharing insights with management teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain accurate learner records and ensure adherence to legislation and internal quality standards.
- Collaborate: Share critical handover information with business coaches for seamless learner progress.
- Conduct Reviews & Stay Informed: Confidently manage reviews and stay up to date with Ofsted and ESFA requirements.

Essential Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
- Confidence in delivering interactive and engaging induction sessions.
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines using your own initiative.
- A team-player mindset with excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and databases.
- Experience or knowledge of the apprenticeship sector.
Desirable Skills:
- A degree or equivalent qualification.
