We are looking for a creative and forward-thinking Curriculum Developer  to join our clients team. You’ll play a vital role in designing, developing, and managing learning programs that are not only high-quality and compliant but also engaging and innovative.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Curriculum Developer , you’ll be at the forefront of shaping education that truly makes a difference. Your role will include:

Operational Excellence

  • Design & Development: Create cutting-edge learning programs that adhere to Ofsted standards, ESFA Apprenticeship Accountability Frameworks, and client needs. Your work will help us stay ahead of the competition.
  • Learning Plans: Build, monitor, and maintain high-quality, compliant learning plans tailored to meet both client needs and our internal quality standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Use feedback from clients, learners, and stakeholders to continuously refine and enhance our programs. Your goal? Achieve top performance metrics such as QAR, NPS, and EPA achievement rates.
  • Collaboration with Experts: Work with subject matter experts to craft engaging masterclass and digital content that drives learner success. You’ll be blending innovation with pedagogical best practices to create powerful learning experiences.
  • Embedding Key Themes: Ensure the curriculum integrates essential themes like Safeguarding, Prevent, Maths, and English to enrich the learner’s journey.
  • Consistency in Learning Solutions: Support the development of processes that standardize our approach to learning plan design, ensuring consistency and quality across the board.

Commercial & Strategic Impact

  • Sales Support: Collaborate with our sales team, providing product support to help them effectively present our learning solutions.
  • Staying Ahead: Keep up with changes in education standards and business systems, ensuring we are always ahead of the curve in terms of program delivery, learner experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Innovation through Technology: Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements to enhance learning engagement, effectiveness, and delivery costs.

Who We’re Looking For

Our Client is looking for someone who is not just skilled, but passionate about education and its transformative power. Ideal candidates will have:

  • A teaching qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in designing and developing apprenticeship programs, short courses, and digital learning content.
  • Strong understanding of quality frameworks like the Education Inspection Framework (EIF), and experience in ensuring alignment with Ofsted standards.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • An innate ability to collaborate across teams, think strategically, and adapt to change when necessary.
  • A drive to continuously improve through research and sector awareness, staying on top of the latest in education and curriculum developments.
