Role Overview

Our client is seeking an innovative and results-driven Marketing Executive with strong B2B experience in the education, training, or events industry.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing targeted B2B marketing campaigns across email, PPC, and social media. This role also includes managing company social media accounts and supporting both the marketing and sales teams with insightful, data-driven analysis.

We’re looking for a commercially minded individual with a flair for creating lead generation campaigns and an analytical mindset to ensure campaign accuracy and performance.

As the company is in the process of implementing HubSpot for sales and marketing, experience with HubSpot and CRM management will be a strong advantage.

Excellent interpersonal skills are essential for building productive relationships across teams and external networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Design and implement campaigns to generate qualified leads through paid social media, Google Ads, and other digital channels.
  • Email Marketing: Build, schedule, and report on email campaigns, focusing on lead quality, conversion, and engagement.
  • HubSpot CRM: Manage email campaigns, lead segmentation, and campaign performance tracking.
  • SEO & PPC: Oversee SEO strategy to enhance organic visibility. Manage PPC campaigns—including keyword research, bidding, and A/B testing—to maximise ROI.
  • Content Creation: Write engaging blog posts and marketing content for cross-platform use.
  • Website Management: Maintain and optimise the company website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with current campaigns and brand identity.
