You’ll play a pivotal role in generating new business and supporting strategic growth across the FE and Training Provider networks, while also enhancing relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Building: Maintain exceptional levels of customer service by forging strong partnerships with new and existing clients.
  • Business Development: Secure new business and grow existing customer accounts to meet financial targets.
  • Product Maximisation: Drive uptake of the awarding organisation’s product range to maximise educational offerings.
  • Strategic Input: Contribute to business development, financial planning, and continuous operational improvement.
  • Compliance and Integrity: Ensure all activities are aligned with the values, behaviours, and regulatory frameworks of the organisation.

Key Competencies:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a consultative sales approach.
  • Proven sales acumen, with the ability to generate and present proposals both internally and externally.
  • Excellent administration, ICT, and organisational skills.
  • Experience in the regulated qualifications sector or related environments.
  • Ability to perform under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and engage in continuous professional development (CPD) to stay ahead in the sector.
