This role is key to developing employer and partner engagement strategies, creating excellent client relationships, and enhancing talent hiring strategies through strong partnerships with industry-leading employers.
Key Responsibilities:

Team Development & Leadership: Lead and motivate the team to ensure high performance and the achievement of key KPIs. Provide coaching and support to enable continuous development and success. Regularly review materials, tools, and marketing strategies to drive improvements.

Partnership Strategy & Employer Engagement: Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to foster strong relationships with employers and partners. Host events, webinars, and other activities aligned with our value proposition in the Bootcamp and AEB market, with a focus on talent acquisition and strategy development.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and other internal stakeholders to ensure all collateral, content, and messaging is consistent, engaging, and of the highest standard.

Caseload Management: Take responsibility for managing your own caseload, ensuring that learners have an exceptional experience while consistently meeting your personal targets, alongside the team’s overall goals.
