What You’ll Be Doing:

• Sampling and monitoring centre activity across a rolling schedule

• Conducting audits and reviews via video, face-to-face, or e-portfolio systems

• Ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal standards

• Supporting and guiding centres while maintaining strong professional relationships

• Collaborating with the Head of Solutions and Compliance on policy and process improvements

• Participating in team development, standardisation, and quality meetings

What We’re Looking For:

• Hold (or be working towards) a recognised External Quality Assurance qualification

• Experience within vocational education (engineering/manufacturing sector a plus, but not essential)

• Strong understanding of vocational assessment and quality assurance processes

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of an innovative, peer-supported team

• Confident with systems, organisation, and managing your own workload
