Coyne Recruitment work with the leading and most reputable organisations across the Employability and Skills sector. We are currently looking to support a fantastic organisation who have secured exciting new employment contracts across Birmingham and the West Midlands and as such are looking for a Recruitment – Employer engagement Specialist to join their team.

Our client is a public service provider specialising in skills training for the long-term unemployed, increasing employment opportunities by working with employers and providing fantastic local services.

 

You will:

  • Be responsible for creating and identifying new business opportunities within the local area by developing strong working relationships with employers and bringing on board new employment opportunities for people on our client programmes.
  • Make regular contact with all key employers with repeat vacancies and to conduct monthly meetings with employers where ongoing recruitment is occurring.
  • Analyse market trends to identify potential business opportunities when contacting new employers, with particular focus on small enterprises.
  • Ensure that participants are appropriately matched to employer vacancies and that they have the required capabilities and experience.
  • Meet all performance targets and KPIs, proactively seeking out ways to continuously improve

Required Skills & Experience:

  • At least one year’s experience of and track record of working in a B2B sales, recruitment or business development role.
  • Experience of working as part of a service delivery team
  • Comfortable with both face-to-face and remote visits
  • Such attributes as: Challenge and Resilience, Flexibility and Adaptability, Honesty and Integrity, Impactful Communication, Planning and Decision Making, Selling, and Influencing
