We are recruiting for a Sales and Partnership Manager based in the North East and Yorkshire, working with a leading awarding organisation that’s making a real difference in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities, while nurturing existing client relationships across the North East and Yorkshire region.
- Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including colleges and training providers, ensuring their needs are met with the awarding organisation’s suite of products and services.
- Sales Growth: Work towards financial targets by expanding the reach of the organisation’s educational products within your region.
- Strategic Contribution: Play an active role in business and financial planning, offering insights and ideas to help shape future growth and development.
- Compliance and Integrity: Conduct all activities in line with organisational values and regulatory requirements.
Key Competencies:
- Proven sales track record, with a focus on new business development, identifying opportunities to drive growth in the education sector.
- Strong ability to prospect for new clients, converting leads into long-term partnerships.
- Consultative sales skills, ensuring client needs are fully understood and addressed with tailored solutions.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to nurture existing partnerships while always seeking new business opportunities.
- Confident presentation and communication skills, capable of delivering at both internal and external sales meetings.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with a strong grasp of ICT.
- Experience working within the regulated qualifications sector or related industries, with a focus on delivering customer-focused solutions.
- Able to work under pressure, meet strict targets, and maintain an awareness of sector developments through regular CPD.
