About Us: We are a global powerhouse in human services and training, dedicated to delivering cutting-edge tech talent and solutions. As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our mission forward, engaging with clients across the Northern region.

Your Mission: As a BDM, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, working across the Northern region to convert sales leads with a consultative, solution-focused approach. Your canvas will include SMEs, national employers, and public sector bodies, where you’ll introduce them to innovative, best-in-field training for existing tech/digital staff or guide them in attracting, retaining, and developing early-year talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and convert sales leads using a consultative, solution-focused approach
  • Generate new business from lead generation to closing sales
  • Collaborate with SMEs, national employers, and public sector bodies
  • Inform clients about innovative training for tech/digital staff and talent development strategies
  • Utilize multiple communication techniques to engage with businesses across the North of the UK
