We are working with a leading force in the tech learning and early careers market – a provider that’s disrupting the L&D space with its forward-thinking, agile approach to skills development. As a Sales Director – IT Apprenticeships, you’ll play a pivotal role in engaging and supporting employers to prepare for the skills landscape of tomorrow, particularly in areas such as AI, software development, cybersecurity, data, AR/VR, and cloud technologies.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is not your typical sales role. We’re seeking an expert who doesn’t just sell, but collaborates, consults, and leads with purpose.

  • Act as a strategic partner to tech organisations and digital departments across the UK.

  • Build and grow long-term relationships with C-suite and divisional heads in fast-scaling tech companies.

  • Understand complex workforce development needs, identify skills gaps, and co-create bespoke apprenticeship and L&D solutions (funded or commercial).

  • Drive new business across the UK, while also embedding and securing key accounts.

  • Work closely with internal curriculum and delivery teams to ensure solutions remain cutting-edge, scalable, and impactful.

  • Represent the brand and lead conversations around the future of tech talent in sectors undergoing rapid digital transformation.

About You

You are a consultative, insightful sales professional who understands the nuances of the IT skills market – from software development to cyber to AI.

  • Proven experience selling tech training, apprenticeships, or workforce development solutions.

  • Deep understanding of the early careers and L&D landscape, especially in technology.

  • Demonstrable experience engaging with CTOs, CIOs, Talent Directors, and Heads of Digital.

  • Passionate about solving workforce challenges through innovative learning pathways.

  • Commercially astute, target-driven, and capable of managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts.

  • Comfortable working remotely but able to travel UK-wide for client engagements.
