The Role
As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll:
- Manage the full apprenticeship sales cycle from lead generation to client onboarding
- Drive business development through intelligent marketing, outreach, and meetings
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and account performance
- Cross-sell services across the apprenticeship portfolio
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data
- Support tenders, pitches, and wider business initiatives
You’ll be supported by marketing and resourcing functions to help deliver an outstanding client experience and ensure apprenticeship programmes meet employer needs.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong B2B sales experience, ideally in apprenticeships or training
- A consultative, solutions-focused approach
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Confident managing a portfolio of clients and generating new business
