This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Apprenticeship Sales Professional who thrives in a consultative, relationship-led sales environment. Our client delivers forward-thinking apprenticeship programmes to some of the UK’s largest employers—covering exciting new areas such as Sustainability and Digital Learning Design—and they’re looking for someone who can help take their enterprise offering to the next level.
About the Role
As the Enterprise Partnership Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing high-value relationships with large national organisations. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, helping clients understand how apprenticeship programmes can deliver real business impact.
Reporting into the Enterprise Solutions Director, you’ll take the lead on developing account strategies, building long-term partnerships, and supporting the launch of new programmes that align with employer needs.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and grow strategic client relationships across key enterprise accounts

Lead on identifying new opportunities and expanding the apprenticeship offer

Work with internal teams to shape and bring new programmes to market

Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs

Collaborate with marketing teams on targeted partner campaigns

Manage the full sales cycle, from initial engagement to contract and onboarding

Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Ensure the CRM is kept up to date with key client activity

Attend industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads

Provide a seamless client experience with a focus on long-term value

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (product, delivery, sales, and leadership teams)
About You
Our client is looking for a proactive, people-focused professional with:

Proven experience in apprenticeship or skills-based sales (essential)

A successful track record of managing and growing large client accounts

Experience working to targets and KPIs in a commercial setting

Strong consultative sales skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

High levels of emotional intelligence and resilience

Excellent organisational and time-management abilities

A collaborative mindset and genuine enthusiasm for improving skills and training opportunities across the UK
