As they continue their ambitious growth, they are looking to appoint an Apprenticeship Manager to join the management team. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape delivery, lead a high-performing team, and directly influence the quality and success of apprenticeship programmes nationwide.
The Role
Reporting to the Operations Director, the Apprenticeship Manager will take responsibility for the performance, compliance, and development of a national delivery team. Key duties include:

Team Leadership: Managing, developing, and motivating delivery coaches to achieve high-quality learner outcomes.

Quality & Compliance: Ensuring delivery meets Ofsted, ESFA, and awarding body requirements, embedding best practice throughout.

Collaboration: Working closely with internal sales and quality teams to align delivery with organisational growth objectives.

Stakeholder Management: Building strong internal relationships across operations, sales, and quality to ensure joined-up delivery.

Reporting: Producing performance reports and data analysis for the Operations Director to inform continuous improvement.

People Development: Coaching and mentoring delivery staff, supporting their growth and professional development.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will have:

Experience managing apprenticeship delivery teams within work-based learning, ideally in sport, physical education, or related sectors.

Strong knowledge of ESFA funding, Ofsted inspection frameworks, and compliance requirements.

A track record of improving team performance and learner outcomes.

Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.

Passion for developing people and delivering outstanding learner experiences.
