What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with employers across a range of sectors
• Promote apprenticeship programmes and support organisations in designing training solutions to meet their workforce needs
• Hit and exceed sales targets, with excellent commission opportunities for high performers
• Work closely with clients to understand their goals and position apprenticeship solutions effectively
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and satisfaction for all clients

Who We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience selling apprenticeships in the last 2 years – you know the sector and what makes it tick
• Strong track record in sales, business development, or account management
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident working remotely
• Able to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders, from HR teams to senior leaders
