About the Opportunity
We are delighted to be recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager who prides themselves on a consultative and professional sales approach. You will be joining a specialist apprenticeship training provider with an outstanding reputation for delivering niche programmes across digital, IT, intelligence, cyber security, and protective services. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new employer partnerships across multiple sectors.
- Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring strong relationships and high levels of engagement.
- Engage with senior stakeholders, including HR and L&D leaders, to understand training and workforce development needs.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and pitches both virtually and in person.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and excellent client satisfaction.
- Contribute to overall business growth through both new business acquisition and account development.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in a business development or account management role, ideally within the training or apprenticeships sector.
- Strong background or understanding of the digital and IT industries.
- Consultative sales approach with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-driven.
