We’re looking for a professionals who have worked in the Apprenticeship sector, to join an employer provider in London. The employer are one of the countries biggest Rail services, who have their own in-house apprenticeship programme, and this role comes with a wide range of corporate benefits.

They had Ofsted in late last year, where they’ve gone from RI to Good in the space of a year. You will come in as an Apprenticeship Advisor to manage all things learner facing. The apprenticeship provision is only small with circa 150 Learners on the level 3 Train Driver qualification – we don’t expect you to have experience on this, in fact you could come from any apprenticeship background, what is needed is the overall learner experience aspect and knowledge around Ofsted and the ESFA.

You will have line of contact, and main responsibility over the Learners journey through their programme. This will include:

• Enrolments
• Engagement
• Progress Reviews
• IAG Sessions
• Although Quality doesn’t fully land on you, an understanding of Quality will be needed to maintain levels throughout the process.

They do outsource other areas of the Apprenticeship, and although this doesn’t directly come under your remit, you will be offered the chance to be involved if necessary or advice the Apprenticeship team when it comes to choosing the most suitable provider for a specific course.

The role is hybrid, on average this will be a 3/2 day split, with offices in London – you’ll spend most of your time between Blackfriars and Croydon.
