About the Role
We’re working with a high-growth, purpose-led training provider who are making a real impact across the UK skills sector.
As an Account Executive – NHS, you’ll play a key role in driving apprenticeship growth across the healthcare sector, working closely with NHS organisations to build strong partnerships and identify new opportunities within existing accounts.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on relationship building, consultative sales, and making a genuine difference within the public sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of NHS clients, ensuring strong engagement and long-term partnerships
- Work closely with the NHS Partnerships Manager to develop and deliver account strategies
- Identify and secure new apprenticeship opportunities within existing NHS accounts
- Cross-sell programmes, including opportunities aligned to healthcare and sustainability initiatives
- Achieve sales targets (circa £450k in year one)
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM pipeline
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure a seamless learner journey
What Success Looks Like (KPIs)
- Apprenticeship start numbers and sales performance
- Consistent, high-quality engagement with NHS stakeholders
- Strong customer retention and satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Experience in apprenticeship sales or NHS B2B sales
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Highly organised with strong pipeline management
- Confident delivering professional, consultative meetings
Desirable:
- Understanding of NHS structures
- Knowledge of apprenticeship funding and compliance
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders in complex environments
