A leading national training provider specialising in funded AI and digital apprenticeships is seeking an experienced AI Apprenticeship Coach to support professionals undertaking a Level 5 AI Practitioner programme.

This is a fully remote opportunity to work with indivudaul identified to upskill their role using and being a confident adaptor of AI, helping them develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence to successfully drive AI adoption and organisational change within their businesses.

The Role

As an AI Apprenticeship Coach, you will deliver engaging online coaching and learning sessions, supporting apprentices throughout their programme and helping them apply AI concepts in real-world organisational settings.

Key areas of focus include:

• AI Strategy & Opportunity Identification
• AI Adoption and Change Management
• AI Procurement and Governance
• AI Delivery and Organisational Transformation

You’ll manage a caseload of learners, monitor progress, conduct regular reviews, and provide guidance that enables apprentices to achieve successful outcomes while creating meaningful impact within their organisations.

You will have:

• Strong knowledge of AI technologies, strategy, governance, and adoption frameworks
• Experience supporting, coaching, mentoring, or training professionals in a workplace environment
• The ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical, accessible learning
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a remote caseload effectively
• Experience applying AI solutions within a business or organisational setting
