Since 2016, we’ve supported over 4,000 individuals with services that develop skills, rebuild confidence, and open doors to opportunity. Many of our team members have lived experience of the justice system themselves, making us uniquely placed to design and deliver support that truly transforms lives.

As we grow our reach and impact, we’re looking for a Bid Writer / Manager to help secure the funding and partnerships that make our work possible.

  • Manage deadlines across multiple bids while maintaining accuracy and consistency
  • Rework existing bid material to improve structure, language, and relevance
  • Support the development of compelling Social Value responses
  • Ensure all submissions reflect Offploy’s ethos, strengths, and commitment to equity and impact

  • Strong written English and excellent communication skills
  • Proven experience working on complex bids to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Confident engaging with internal stakeholders and influencing at a senior level
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaborative tools like SharePoint
  • Experience in bid writing, ideally within employability, skills, justice, or related sectors

Desirable:

  • Degree-level education
  • APMP membership or training
  • Experience writing Social Value responses
