We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager with experience in the apprenticeship sector who’s ready to make an impact within a growing, forward-thinking training provider.
What you’ll be doing:

Generating new business across levy and non-levy employers.

Building and maintaining strong client relationships that deliver long-term results.

Identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, and turning conversations into partnerships.

Working strategically to grow the business across key employer sectors.
What we’re looking for:

Proven experience within the work-based learning or apprenticeship sector.

A track record of success in lead generation, new business development, and account management.

Confident communication and negotiation skills with a commercial mindset.

Ambitious, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
