What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth and employer engagement across key regions. You’ll be trusted to:

Build and nurture long-term, strategic relationships with levy-paying employers, aligning apprenticeship solutions to their talent and workforce needs.

Promote a unique, enrichment-focused curriculum that truly puts learners first.

Deliver compelling, insight-driven pitches to key stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers.

Identify opportunities for cross-selling wider education and commercial training offers to create full-service workforce development strategies.

Represent the business at regional events, forums, and panels, positioning us as a leading voice in skills development.

Consistently identify and convert high-value opportunities in line with ambitious KPIs and growth targets.

Work collaboratively with delivery teams to ensure a seamless experience for every employer partner.
