Are you passionate about music education and skilled in building lasting relationships? We’re seeking an enthusiastic Education Sales/Relationship Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational sales, a love for music, and a proven ability to nurture relationships with primary and secondary schools across the UK and South Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance: Drive sales through proactive strategies, meeting deliverables and KPIs.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct discovery calls, sales pitches, and product demos, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Client Onboarding and Support: Assist in customer onboarding and gather feedback to ensure retention.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends in music education and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records in the CRM and address inquiries promptly.
Deliverables:
- Manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities, providing detailed weekly reports.
- Proactively prospect into target accounts, converting to supported trials and conversions.
- Follow up and nurture leads, providing regular updates and reports.
- Request testimonials and case studies from satisfied customers.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Secure 100 new customers in the first rolling 12 months.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years in educational sales, specifically selling to schools in the UK.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and office programs.
- Strong online presentation skills, comfortable using platforms like Teams and Zoom.
- Desirable: Musical background and experience interacting with teachers and SLT, and experience in international markets.

- Self-motivated and home-based worker with creative thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with educators and stakeholders.
- Ability to travel internationally and within the UK as needed.
