The role
As a Business Development Manager – Apprenticeships (New Business), you’ll focus on driving growth by connecting with employers and building partnerships that open doors for learners across Data and AI apprenticeships.
You’ll be identifying opportunities, forming strong relationships, and being part of a growing team that’s passionate about the future of tech and skills in the UK.

What they’re looking for

• Experience in apprenticeship sales or workforce development
• A proven ability to win new business and nurture strong employer relationships
• Knowledge of apprenticeships and funding (ideally with experience in tech or data)
• A proactive, driven, and strategic mindset
