The Role

As a Learner Attraction and Partnership Manager, you’ll play a key role in developing and maximising local referral partnerships to attract new learners and support the delivery of key contracts.

You’ll be the main point of contact for partner organisations, building trusted relationships, identifying opportunities for collaboration, and promoting our client’s training and employability provision. You’ll also plan and deliver engaging learner recruitment events that connect people with life-changing opportunities.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and maximise relationships with local referral partners aligned to contractual priorities.
  • Proactively identify and engage new partnership opportunities across your region.
  • Lead learner attraction activity, ensuring strong engagement and enrolment through local networks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to respond to new contract needs and deliver innovative recruitment solutions.
  • Attend and contribute to stakeholder meetings and local events to identify emerging priorities and opportunities.
  • Develop a network of referral partners to support learners into positive destinations such as employment or further learning.
  • Promote the organisation’s offer with professionalism, enthusiasm, and credibility.
  • Safeguard the organisation’s reputation by maintaining positive, effective relationships across all stakeholders.

 

What We’re Looking For

Experience and Skills:

  • Proven experience developing partnerships and referral relationships, ideally within training, employability, or education.
  • Confident promoting services, presenting to groups, and engaging community or employer stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills — able to influence, inspire, and build trust quickly.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities across a dispersed region.
  • Analytical and comfortable working with data, targets, and reporting systems.
  • A self-starter who thrives on autonomy and takes ownership of results.
  • Willingness to travel regionally to meet partners and attend events.
