You’ll be delivering Pre-Employment Training programmes, supporting learners to build confidence, skills, and readiness to return to work. We’re ideally looking for tutors who can deliver across multiple vocational themes, including:
- Construction
- Supply Chain
- Childcare
- Healthcare
- Hospitality
- Customer Service
- Contact Centre
🎯 What We’re Looking For
We’re keen to speak with people who are genuinely passionate about helping individuals back into employment.
You’ll need:
- Level 3 Award in Education & Training (PTLLS or equivalent)
- Assessor qualification (desirable, not essential)
- A learner-centred approach with strong engagement skills
Experience delivering online learning is helpful but not essential – full support and training will be provided, including use of MS Teams, breakout rooms, and virtual engagement tools.
