What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll operate as a full-cycle B2B sales professional, owning the entire journey from prospecting through to close:

  • Driving new business acquisition across mid-market and enterprise organisations

  • Building, managing, and converting a high-quality sales pipeline

  • Leading consultative, insight-led sales conversations with senior stakeholders across HR, L&D, Talent, Operations, and C-suite

  • Diagnosing business challenges and positioning tailored, outcome-driven solutions

  • Delivering high-impact presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations

  • Positioning yourself as a trusted advisor rather than a transactional salesperson

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum two years’ proven success in B2B sales

  • Strong track record in new business generation and closing deals

  • Experience selling solutions, services, or complex offerings

  • Confidence engaging and influencing senior stakeholders

  • Highly commercial, target-driven, and self-motivated

  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills

Nice-to-have

  • Experience within training, professional services, outsourcing, or SaaS

  • Understanding of corporate buying cycles and procurement processes
